Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The watch must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The watch is unused and in its original unworn condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and authenticity certificates are included.
  • The watch has not been resized, engraved, or altered in any way.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Watches that have been worn, resized, engraved, or modified.
  • Custom or special-order watches.
  • Watches with removed or damaged original seals/tags.
  • Any item marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

5. Defective or Damaged Watches

If your watch arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at no extra cost.

6. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your watch for a different model of equal or higher value within the 14-day window. Any price difference must be paid or refunded accordingly.

7. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@unclemannyllc.com or through our Contact page with your Order Number.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the watch securely using tracked shipping.

8. Authenticity Guarantee

All watches sold are 100% authentic and come with our authenticity guarantee. Any concerns regarding authenticity will be handled with priority and may qualify for a full refund.
